Compatible with 18/20/22 AWG light cord, and 12/14/16/18 AWG power cord, this product is widely used in various outdoor settings such as deck, terrace, sidewalk, driveway, garden, lawn, wall, tree, and flag. It is suitable for well lights, landscape lights, step lights, and hanging tree lights.

To use this product, split the power cable and insert the power wire into the large cap, making sure the wire gauge is 12, 14, 16, or 18 AWG. Tighten the large cap to ensure the pin pierces the cable insulation. Pass the stripped light wire through the small cap, ensuring there is enough wire exposed (about 1/4 inch) and that the gauge is 18/20/22 AWG. Tighten the small cap to ensure the exposed wire touches the metal post inside the connector.

If you need to fill in the hole at the top for waterproofing, any good silicone caulk will do the job. These connectors work with 12/14/16/18 AWG power cords and 18/20/22 AWG light cords. You will need to strip the light wires about 1/4 inch before use, and the connectors can be buried in the ground without issue.
